Fixed Point Theory

Fixed Point Theory is an essential and rapidly developing subject matter in non-linear functional analysis. Theorems that describe the existence of fixed points are termed as fixed points theorems. Among all the functional areas of Mathematics, the theory of differential equations is of great importance. Its contribution to Physics and Engineering cannot be ignored. Fixed-Point Theory ensures the significant solution of these equations. There is a vast literature available on fixed-point theory in journals of national and international repute, and this continues to grow. Fixed Point theorems are used to find solutions to many problems in various disciplines, providing conditions under which a number of transformations have solutions. Fixed Point theory involves a transparent and fundamental mathematical setting, which is why we chose it as the topic.
